It is our usual practice to meet initially with the prospective client(s) and conduct a full fact finding exercise. At this stage we seek from the prospect, details of their current situation and the issues that they consider need to be addressed. Sample Forms Appointment of Servicing Agent Client Policy Schedule Request for Information This process provides us with information about the clients’ health, any pre-existing medical conditions, details of any potentially hazardous occupation/past-times, and any other possibly adverse factors. There is no fee charged to the client for these initial meetings and a written report may then be prepared and presented to the client at a second meeting. At this time we will also provide the client with a range of premium and product options and accompany this with the appropriate recommendations. To assist us in keeping fully appraised of the policies on offer, we subscribe to a South Island based analysis service, which supplies us with monthly updates of their analysis of the different insurance contracts currently in the market. Subsequent client servicing is carried out each year on the anniversary of the policy commencement. It is our practice to supply the clients with a schedule of their current policies and often clients may also wish to schedule a meeting to discuss changes in their personal circumstances. These meetings may be conducted at our office or any other location more suitable to the client(s) such as their place of business or private residence. There is no charge for any of these subsequent client services. To assist us in the preparation of these annual reviews, we would also ask that all clients keep us fully informed of: (a) change of address, (b) change of employment, (c) birth or adoption of children, (d) any other possibly material change in their personal circumstances
